My Favorite Bands Part1

Hi Today I'm going to talk about my favorite bands. The reason why I write about various bands in one post because I want to recommend many band, so I'll tell you 2 bands on this post.

First, I'm going to talk about A Day to Remember. A Day to Remember is a post hardcore band from Florida. Their characteristic is catchy melodis and heavy parts, so they became a famous band in the USA. recommend their album called 「Homesick」because this album more them got famous, and got them many followers. If you like this band, you may like post hardcore.

Next, I'm going to tell you about 「Bring Me The Horizon」They are from Yorkshire, England they are such a famous band now in the genre of post hardcore, so they are now the most famous band in the world. Their features are electrical sound, heavy sound and melodies like UK rock, for example OASIS.

Sleeping With Sirens

Hi! Today I'm going to talk about a rock band from the USA, it called Sleeping with Sirens. They were started in 2009  in Florida. They are very famous with young girls because the vocalist Kellin Quinn, is a handsome gay, and his voice is so beautiful. You can watch concerts of Sleeping with Sirens on Youtube and you can see so many girls who are followers of Sleeping with Sirens too, But of course, they are popular with various people.

One characteristic of Sleeping with Sirens is the very clean, high pitched voice. It’s their main characteristic and they play heavy songs with that clean voice. They play many type of songs, happy, heavy and ballads, and they can play these songs well because their clean voice and part of heavy make it well I think. so I like this band, I want to recommend this band to you.

I recommend the album called “Madness", released in 2015. This album is their newest. this album include characteristic vocals, and it’s easy to listen to because there are no heavy songs so you can listen to their beautiful songs. I recommend the song called “Go Go Go” I think this song type is happy so it will make you happy and enjoy this song, and you'll love Sleeping With Sirens. I attached this song below. LUNA SEA

Hi, today I’m going to introduce a japanese band. Now a days usually listen to this band. so I‘m addicted this band now because I like this bands songs, guitar, drum, bass phrase, and more, anyway I like all of this band, I want to recommend for you this band. It called LUNA SEA.

LUNA SEA started at 1989 in Kanagawa Japan, they played livehouse in Machida first time. LUNA SEA are Ryuichi, Sugizo, J, Inoran and Shinya, I think they have feature, so these features made Individuality of LUNA SEA. They said their fan is 6 number of member of LUNA SEA, They called 「SLAVE」. LUNA SEA was play songs like heavy, speedly and violent songs until they released 3rd album 「EDEN」, but after that they tend created pop songs and they got more popularity, I think japanese people like pop songs rather than heavy song. They got popularity in japan but they disbanded in 2000. The reason why they disbanded is 「We can’t shine anymore」Vocalist of LUNA SEA Ryuichi said it.  I think we can’t watch LUNA SEA anymore, but in 2010 they come back to stage, now a days LUNA SEA play old heavy songs, I’m happy to listen to these songs.

I recommend their a album called 「Image」, this album was released from MCA Records, Inc in 1992. Image is 2nd album by LUNA SEA, I think this album shows part of LUNA SEA like heavy part or violent part. I like these violent songs, but it isn’t just heavy LUNA SEA created by their Individuality so they could songs more artistic with violent part of LUNA SEA, so this is the reason why they created just not violent songs I think. Especially I recommend a song to you 「MECHANICAL DANCE」. If you listen to it you can realize what is LUNA SEA maybe. Glam Metal

Hi, Today I’m going talk about a music genre Glam Metal. Glam Metal is a genre of Metal music, It mainly had great success in the 80s in the USA. This genre Rock Musics success and popularity. Its characteristic feature was band members faces were covered in make up and their hair was long and teased, It was so easy to understand what is Heavy Metal band was

And today I’m going to introduce some Glam Metal bands, First, I’ll introduce the band Quiet Riot. Quiet Riot triggered a boom in Glam Metal. Their songs “Come On Feel The Noize” and “Metal Health”were huge successes and they got famous in 1983 in the USA. My most favorite guitarist is Randy Rhoads, He was in this band before he joined Ozzy Osbourne is Band.

Next I'm going to talk about Motley Crue. They are the most the famous band of Glam Metal. The movement of Glam Metal made by Quiet Riot are more success by Motley Crue. I think this band is the most successful band in Glam Metal. Their album called “Dr Feelgood” is one of my favorite albums. This album is so good, Sorry, I can’t tell you how good is, but I recommend this album if you want to know Glam Metal.

80s Glam Metal was a big movement in the 80s in the USA, They are so cheerful, and cool. I recommend these bands if you want to feel the 80s USA.

Hopes Die Last

Hi today I’m going to talk about the band called Hopes Die Last. This band is genre is Post Hardcore. They are from Roma Italy and they. This band started in 2004. Hopes Die Last are 6 members and they are all Italian. They released two studio albums and three EP but after the EP called Wolfpack they released a different music type the, Wolfpack album concept had an electrical sound, before this album they didn’t really use electrical sounds, The reason why they used electrical sound often is because Hopes Die Last added a new member, Nekso. Nekso was in charge of the new electronica sound.

Hopes Die Last Italian, but they are popular in Japan. I don’t know why, but maybe it's because they are Post hardcore and they have good melodious sense, I think Japanese people like melodious bamds like Hope Die Last.

I recommend the album 「Trust No One」, it recorded in 2011. This album is the best album of Hopes Die Last because this album's songs are heavy and melodias, these balance are just right, whatever this album songs are very good for me. This album is the most famous album by Hopes Die Last, It's my favorite album, so I want to recommend it to you. One of my favorite songs is 「Never Trust the Hazel Eyed」. I recommend this and I attached a video below.

The Band

Hi!! Long time no see people. I've come back to this blog again this year and I will introduce various bands. If you like the bands I post, please listen to these bands.

Today I'm going to talk about one of my most favorite classic rock bands. They are called 「The Band」.　This band's genre is rock, and I think so too, but some people say this band is folk music. This band debuted in 1967 in America and broke up in 1976, They played mainly in America, but all band members are Canadian. They are called 「Musicians musicians」, Which means musicians who are liked by many musicians, this band is loved by professional musicians, but it doesn't mean many ordinary people listen to this band. But I like this band!!!

I recommend the album called 「The Last Waltz」. This album is a live album and it recorded  their last live concert in 1976. The reason why I like this live album is because in this concert they played well. I feel so good and their songs are so cool and they played perfectly. But this concert was their last live performance the (they reunited sometime but not with all original members). If you are interested in this band please watch the video, 「The Last Waltz」. It is my favorite album they released. I think you will like this band!

Metallica

Hi Today I’m going to introduce a different band than what I posted before. Recently I posted about Melodic Speed Metal bands like Helloween and Angra, but today I'm going to talk about the most famous Thrash Metal band. Thrash Metal tends to make songs speedy and heavy, but we can find melody in their songs, too. Famous bands from this genre are Anthrax, Slayer, Megadeth, Metallica, Exodus and Overkill. Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeth and Slayer are called the “Big 4”. Thrash metal bands hate Hair Metal (such as Motley crue, Ratt and Dokken) because Thrash Metal bands play heavy and fast songs, but Hair Metal bands play popular or catchy songs, so they were opposed to each other. Anyway today I will introduce the most famous Thrash band, Metallica.

Metallica started in 1981 in San Francisco, and their most famous album which was called “Black Album” debuted at number one on the billboard 200 and it has sold thirty million copies in the world until now. Metallica got famous by this album, but this album is not speedy and many people say this is not a Thrash Metal band album. Before this album, Metallica made fast songs, and many Thrash Metal band followers like that time better.

I recommend the album called “Ride the Lightning” because in this album, the songs are fast. I like fast songs of Metallica. Some people say the best of Metallica album is ‘‘Master of Puppets,” of course, ‘‘Master of Puppets” is nice.
